Here's another great cookie recipe that's so healthy and yummy...
2 cups organic granola ( ours was homemade=no sugar!)
1/4 c succanat
1/4 c raisins
1/4 c cranberries
1 c walnuts
1/4 all natural peanut butter
1/4 c butter
2 T walnut or coconut oil
1/4 c coconut flour
2 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
Throw together the warmed wet ingredients, mix into the dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes...yum!
